I’m replying to the comment from 7/20/26 about the bartender and manger being “aggressive” . I was there. The staff were great. This customer tried to order 2 drinks at one time which is against policy. The bartender did her job. The customer who just happens to be the owner of Gator Country thought he could get special treatment. He became belligerent and was asked to leave! As for his business, I will NEVER visit if this is how he wants to treat others in the service industry. The bartender and manager upheld the rules. Mr Sarauge didn’t like it and got his feelings hurt. I will absolutely go back to OG because the staff and food are always great. Don’t believe all the lies some feel entitled to spread.

Olive garden used to be so good back in the day. One of my favorite restaurants to dine at. I keep going, hoping it got better, but it's just subpar food. I typically get the cheese ravioli which is ok. Occasionally, I'll get the chicken alfredo. This time I tried the chicken scampi. It was weird. Barely any sauce. Chicken was overcooked and dry. I had 2 bites and couldn't stomach anymore. Husband had the whole block of cheese Shredded on his meal. Maybe mine would've been better with cheese on it. I really wish they would have more beef options. I'm sad their meat sauce has pork in it. There was no salad option, breadsticks were hard and not enjoyable. Chicken gnocchi soup had no gnocchi and barely any chicken. Mango passion fruit tea tasted like syrup. Staff did their job taking order and bringing food but there was no "how are you guys doing tonight?" or any kind of personality.

My grilled shrimp alfredo was very good. Pasta was tender and the shrimp were seasoned and cooked perfectly. My wife's seafood alfredo was not done as well. While the pasta and sauce were done well, the shrimp were not grilled, and had a taste that, to my wife, was of frozen shrimp from grocery store. It was a decent meal for her, but not something to brag about. We will go back again, as we do love Olive Garden, but she probably will not order that meal again.

We placed a to-go order today and were extremely disappointed to find mold on the food upon opening it. The spaghetti, ordered for my son, was completely inedible. This level of food quality is unacceptable, especially from a well-established chain restaurant. Please careful when you order foods here. While the manager did issue a refund and gift card, this experience was deeply concerning and we hope immediate steps are taken to address the quality control issues.

Lately the food has not been as good as it used to be. The chicken gnocchi soup did not taste the same, and the breadsticks were cold and hard. The Lasagna and Fettuccine Alfredo were both good, but the hard extra crispy Chicken Parmigiana was disappointing.
